Co-Working Memberships:

Where are you located?

435 Beaubien West, 3rd Floor, Montreal QC H2V 1C9, Canada

What are your opening hours ?

The co-working space is open everyday for our members with a key. Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday and Sunday – 10 AM to 6 PM

What does my co-working membership include?

For all our memberships details, please refer yourself to our membership page.

How do I become a member at ORB?

To become a member at ORB, you must go through a selection process. Only 10 members per cohort are selected to become a member. Stay tuned for our upcoming application dates by visiting our membership page!

Is ORB wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There is a service elevator in the building for people with reduced mobility.

What is your visitor policy?

Members must submit a request at least 24h in advance at memberships@orb.exchange. Upon arrival, the guest will have to check-in at the door with our space manager.

Can you leave your stuff at ORB overnight?

No. There are no lockers in the space.

Can I have access to a fixed desk?

Yes. If you prefer a fixed desk, please send us a request at memberships@orb.exchange.

Is my membership valid at other co-working spaces?

At the moment, we only have one location (435 Beaubien West, 3rd floor, Montreal QC H2V 1C9, Canada). Stay tuned for our upcoming projects!

Production Studio:

Does the crew have access to an elevator for loading gear?

Yes. There is a freight elevator located on the side of the building.

What is included in the production rentals?

Production crews have access to:

a private hair and makeup room
a selection of backdrops and photography equipment
a steamer
a bathroom
a kitchenette

Is there any equipment available for rental?

We rent our furniture and accessories for all types of productions at a fixed rate. For more information and pictures, please send us an email at production@orb.exchange

Is ORB wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There is a service elevator in the building for people with reduced mobility.

Events:

What is the maximum capacity of the space rental?

The maximal capacity of the space for an event is 200 people.

* Please note that due to COVID-19, our maximal capacity has been reduced to 20 people to insure social distancing between guests.

Is alcohol permitted at our event?

Yes. Although we can arrange the catering service for your event, you will need to request a liquor permit at the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJQ) for the confirmed date of your event.
